Blade Agitation Structure and Flow Adjustment Port

To address the issue of uneven distribution caused by slab-shaped or flocculent fertilizers getting stuck, our product incorporates an advanced blade agitation structure inside the hopper. As the spreader is pushed along, the internal blades stir the fertilizer, ensuring even distribution.

Below the hopper, we’ve included a flow adjustment port. This feature allows for real-time regulation of the spreading rate and granule size, giving you precise control over your fertilization process.

Adjustable Fertilizer Spread Area

Our design features a drum connected to the tires via gear chains. As the wheels turn, they drive the drum's rotation, making it simple to control the amount of fertilizer spread. To switch the spreading area, simply press down lightly on the handle to lift the drum wheel off the ground. Using the two fixed wheels at the back, you can then push it forward, stopping fertilizer application, allowing for easy area transitions.

We’ve added a metal pallet inside the hopper, which allows for convenient positioning of fertilizer bags. This feature streamlines the fertilization process, making it easier and more efficient. The design is versatile, suitable not only for spreading fertilizer but also for transporting gardening tools.

Important Notes:

• Hanging notes on either side of the hopper is convenient.
• Suspending bags on the front or rear baffles is not advisable due to potential instability.
• The load capacity should not exceed 120 lbs to ensure safe operation.
